Looking for the maker of this unknown safety bicycle, a Belgian collector contacted me. He was looking for the maker of a very similar bike, which he bought in Paris.
Look at the details: it must be from the same factory.
Hirondelle maybe?
His bicycle has tangent spoked wheels, a socket head (the other bike has a ball head) and a very different front fork and lamp holder. And his safety has a serial number 4408-H, at the rear side of the handlebars.
